study one –
Build a new business from scratch for an American company in
the UK
INDUSTRY – Automotive sales
REQUIREMENT – Advertise, recruit, train and employ -time
scale 5 months. Additional requirement design a complete
conditions package and bonus scheme
METHODOLOGY – 1300 people were tested, screed and
interviewed, new terms and conditions written specifically for the
UK market, hopper bonus scheme designed and implemented .Training
designed and carried out for successful applicants.

Case Study two – Design and provide a uniform process
approach to corporate strategy – China
INDUSTRY – Public Utility
REQUIREMENT – Design and implement a standard strategic
process for the company and a process for implementation including
all necessary training
METHODOLOGY – New design of a practical 10 step process
that could be used by managers and executives alike. Special wall
maps produced and process maps. Training delivered to support the
new process for bothe the strategic team and the implementers.

Case study five – Large supply company UK – Improve unit
costs
REQUIREMENT - To design and later implement a radical
manpower change in the company to reduce staff numbers by 20%
METHODOLOGY – Using manpower forecasting methods and
projecting productivity growth, we were able to reduce the number
employed form 6500 to 4500 and increase productivity by the
required amount. Key tools used Manpower predictive forecasting
and rightsizing. Supportive training was designed and provided.

Case study five – Health sector – build management
capability
REQUIREMENT – Provide the top team with management training
–results to be quantifiable
METHODOLOGY – Designed program to match exact needs- a one
week residential – invoicing deferred until measured results were
seen and agreed. Focus of the training was on contact management
and negotiating skills
